Jutta Gelzer - Body work with the Grinberg Method

The Grinberg Method offers a structured way to learn with and through the body. The aim is to increase personal well-being and to allow changes in daily life. Through attention directed to the body, we can learn not to behave automatically, as we learned it in the past. This allows us to authentic and individual behaviour as it is fitting for our current lives and supporting our actual wishes.

Individual Sessions in Frankfurt/Main

You have the option to book a try-out-session, or a mini process with up to 4 sessions in order to reach an aim, which we define in the beginning.

  • The first session with your personal foot analysis is 90 minutes long and costs 120€.
  • For any further sessions, I charge 100€ per hour and 150€ for 90min. 

The sessions take place in a beautiful center located in central Frankfurt Nordend.

If you wish to come for one session, we plan a meeting of 90 minutes. During the first 30 minutes, we take the time to talk about what you wish to change or achieve. Following this, we work with the body as during a regular 60 minutes session.
Any further session lasts 60 minutes. 
In Frankfort/Main, I charge 120€ for the first session of 90min and 100€ for any further session of 60min. 
My regular working place is in Berlin and I come to Frankfort/Main ever few months in order to offer individual sessions.
You can choose to do a single session or up to 4 sessions during one weekend. If you book 2 or more sessions, we plan at least 2 hours between sessions and maximum 2 sessions per day. 
During each session, we work with your aim, with what you desire to change.
You can decide at any moment, how far you wish to go and we check together how to support your goal in the best way possible.
I work with a combination of touch, description, and breathing. We generate attention to areas that are tense or painful. We make space for attention to areas that are with less attention during normal life. This allows the body to create change. 
The sessions can be accompanied by exercises or training that you can do alone at home in order to support your goal.
